Policies & Client Guidelines
At BioStretch & Cryo, each session is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest quality experience for all clients, we ask that you review and respect the following policies regarding scheduling, payments, and services.

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. BioStretch & Cryo accepts major credit cards and approved digital payment methods. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
• A 50% charge of the scheduled session, or
• One session deducted from an active package

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are treated as a late cancellation.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show.
• The full session fee being charged, or
• One full session deducted from an active package

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment.

• Packages are non-refundable
• Packages are non-transferable
• Packages may not be shared between clients

• 4-session packages: valid for 90 days
• 8-session packages: valid for 120 days
• 12-session packages: valid for 180 daysm description

BioStretch & Cryo maintains a no-refund policy for completed sessions, purchased packages, missed appointments, no-shows, and promotional offers.

Situations involving illness, work conflicts, family emergencies, or severe travel disruptions may qualify for a one-time courtesy reschedule or session credit at the discretion of BioStretch & Cryo.

Mobile or in-home sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellations due to travel scheduling. Late cancellations may result in the full session fee being charged.

Clients must inform BioStretch & Cryo of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations prior to their session. BioStretch & Cryo reserves the right to modify or discontinue a session if a service is deemed unsafe.

Cryotherapy services may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions. Clients should consult a physician if they have cardiovascular conditions, cold sensitivity disorders, circulatory disorders, pregnancy, or neuropathy.

• Harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Disrespect toward staff or other clients
• Any behavior that compromises safety or professionalism

While many clients experience positive benefits, individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, consistency, existing injuries, and overall health. BioStretch & Cryo does not guarantee specific results.

By booking a session with BioStretch & Cryo, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined above. BioStretch & Cryo reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
